D'OH! My turn signal fell off! 200 1987

Help. My turn signal stick thingy just up and fell off. It's still held together by the wires, but there she is, just dangling. Obviously I can't use my brights or blinkers... HELP! Any suggestions on how to fix this? Is it a lost cause? Thanks.
