stripped trans. drain plug

Hi All,

While changing the transmission mount today I noticed a tiny drip from the transmission drain plug. I recently had the system flushed and it appears they stripped something when tighening the drain plug, what to do. Of course I'll return to where I had it done but I'm not sure how much bickering I'll want to do with them. Any immediate fixes besides replacing the pan.
