Hey fellow Volvites,
I have an '87 240 sedan. Every time I start it I have to turn the engine over for about 3 to 5 seconds before it springs to life. If I turn it over for about 3 secs., then stop, then hit the starter again it starts immediately. Otherwise the car runs perfectly. Maybe mass airflow sensor? Thanks, Paul
