Free 760T new update.. 700

Got it all cleaned up and running much stronger now. The air hose from the AMM to the turbo was jelled at the turbo end, i removed it and trimmed off the jelled portion down to solid rubber and put it back on, still had some bucking when engaging the turbo. I heard the cat rattling a bit and disconnected it and gutted it, now seems to be running like it should, goes like a big ass bird. Changed the plugs and oil and filter, what a PIA the filter is on that. Did my Girlfriends 240 and my 740 GLE oil change in less time than the damn turbo took. I put in 20/50, is that okay in the 740T. I like the turbo so much i'm thinking of selling my 88 7 GLE w/110k on it if any one is interested. Got a dr. seat bottom and rear seat bottom in tan leather today in the j-yard and swapped them out, looks much better than splits with rubber showing thru. Shampooed the carpets, they came up nicely. Also took the hubcaps off, cleaned the alloys up and put 240 turbo center caps on. Looks kind of like mags. Just the exterior roof needs a repaint due to peeling clear coat. I'm getting noise in the radio from both the heater fan and the engine, any suggestions on that? I had a real nice 87 760 T GLE a couple of years ago but for some reason i like this one so much better, must be something about a free car i guess. Can't wait to get it registered and on the road. Once again thanks all for your help.. Tom Wasney 240aholic
