Annoying whistle sound when driving 45 -60 mph. Seems to come from mid dash or upper mid windshield. Anyone similar? 200

This noise comes and goes and has been driving me crazy. I thought it came from the instrument cluster but my wife (designated sound isolator while I drive down the highway at 50 mph so that I can trigger the noise) seems to think that it is coming from the windshield area just behind the rear view mirror.

The sound is similar to the sound a tuning fork makes when you bang it.
