Noisy 940 900

I currently just bought my 94 940 Turbo volvo.
Everything is perfect exept its noisy when goes after 3000Rpms.
my previous volvo 89 740 turbo can barrely be heard.
other than that everything is perfect.

Would anyone have any suggestions what would be the problem or is it normal for this car?
