comparing condenser fans? Also accumulator

I notice there are a couple condenser fans available. They have different costs .
Whats the difference? Which would go best on my 90-240. Whichever, Im figuring to connect it in with the compressor circuit. Is that correct?
Looking at the space in front of the condenser, I assume there is enough space for it.

In regards to the accumulator. Do I really need to replace it?

Also, would there be any advantage to getting the 134a condensr for my R12 system(the condenser needs to be replaced)? Im just looing for efficient cooling. Iam staying with R12.
