My V8 240 wagon has giant mice living in the rear wheel wells. They only squeak in response to longitudinal (fore & aft) movement of the suspension, not vertical or lateral movement. For example, acceleration and braking excite the mice; so does rocking the car forward and back with the parking brake on.
The car has new Bilsteins and new trailing arm bushings. What could need lube, tightening or replacement back there? Panhard rod? This is not congruent with the bad-ass V8 exhaust note!
