Looking to Buy a 1995 940-Any Thoughts 900

I am looking at a 1995 940 turbo to purchse for my daughters. The car has only 36,000 miles and was used by a school teacher to go back and forth to school, The car appears immaculate and the owner wants $10,000 for it. Is this a good price. What has been the repair history on this year and model and is there anything I should be concerned about. Thanks for your thoughts
