sky-beams or headlights? how to aim 200 1986

Just bought a new set of '86-93 headlights from the guy on E-bay who imports them from Sweeden. They are some aftermarket brand that appears to have a fish emblem where the Ciebe/Volvo names went on the OE style. They seem to be sturdy, claim to be DOT. The backing plates seem to be of decient quality as well.
Quandry.....How to aim these coon poachers.
There is the adjustable (with flat blade screwdriver) stud, and two long screws with knurled plastic handles. At what depth do I adjust the set screw for a good base line to aim these bright new sky beams?
