Window weather strip 200 1984

The weather strips on the outside of the windows on my 2 door '84 brick have been dried up and nasty since i got the car,(A result of the previous owner not using Armor All). Now they have almost completely chipped off. When it rains, water gets into my doors. Now they are mouldy and they stink. Not to mention the damage to my expensive aftermarket Boston Acoustics speakers. Is there a way to replace these? No shop I have gone to seems to know how. Thanx for any input.
