Oil coming out of filler tube... 200 1983

Today after i parked my 83 242 i noticed something dripping under it. OIL!!! I quickly opened the hood to find it dripping with oil. My dipstick was hanging out and the oil apparently blew from the tube. Could something be blocked? The car has 190,000mi. I am about to rebuild the engine but i need to drive her for about 1 more month. Is this a serious problem? Could a bump have knocked the dipstick out of the tube? Hmmm?!?!?!?
