volvo switches 200

i just recently went to my local u pull it u save. And I found Two switches I have Never seen before. one goes above the light switch on a 81+ 200. It looks like a fog switch it as like a light symbol with a line crossing the the 3 lines in it. the back ground is the brown color and it has a indicator light in it. the second switch is a normal switch that would go in the center panel it too is for 81+ year range volvos. the symbol on it looks like a snow flake or maybe a sun or something the symbol has a blue color background when you turn it on it turns white almost. can any one tell me waht eather on of these switches goes to I would be most greatful.
