To find the right points 1800 1964

The ignition points on my car are not the specified ones for the distributer. I cant find anyone who knows can match the distributer number(007) with the points number. The coil in my car is out of a VW (it was on hand) so my ignition system is a bit mismatched, but it does run fine. Im planing to go shopping for the parts but like I said I would like to match it all to my distributer. Any suggestions?
