Intercooler and hoses full of oil...does this mean my turbo is junk? 700

Hi,

I just pulled the intercooler and assorted stuff out of my '88 Turbo and I probably got an 1/8 of a quart of oil out of it. Does this mean that the turbo is toast? Anyway I think I have the Mitsubishi-how much would it cost to exhange for a rebuild? What about the Garrett T3's?
