Front Suspension rebuild 200 1983

After deciding to replace the front struts and the power steering rack in my 240 Turbo, I have decided to bite the bullet and attack the whole front suspension as well. From what I can find, there are two bushings in each control arm and 6 sway bar bushings. Is this right or am I missing a few? I was also thinking I should replace the ball joints while I'm at it (191k miles and no idea what the maintenance history is) since I'll have it apart. What about the control arms and sway bar links? It doesn't seem like the control arms are prone to wear, and new ones are pricey. I haven't read much about the sway bar links.

What can I expect with the bushings? I have access to a press, but none of the Volvo tools. I've read how tough these can be, but I thought the rears were the worst.

I've bought Bilsteins to replace the struts, but I've read I need spacers for them. Where can I get them?

Anything else I should look out for? I'm setting aside a few days to do this, but I don't want to get into it and realize I need to order more parts. I keep reading that I should replace the fasteners, but I guess I won't know what to buy until I take the old ones off.

Thanks,
Mark
