How can I make the a/c fan blow faster/harder? 700 1990

I have 2 1990 740s. In my sedan the a/c fan blows real strong and hard. In my wagon the a/c fan does not blow near as strong and hard as the one in the sedan.
They both have the same a/c controls. How do I make the wagon a/c fan blow as hard as the sedan?
