Alternator upgrade (70 amp) for 245 GLT - 1981 200 1981

My current 55 amp, 2 pulley, int regulated alternator is shot. Its only 5 years old. Either a voltage regulator or brush problem. I have ruled out all battery, and wiring harness and connector problems. I have a 1981 245 GLT.

Since I have to replace or repair my current alternator, I was considering upgrading to a 70 amp unit.

1) Is is easy to find a 70 amp, int regulated, 2 pulley Bosch reman. alternator?
2) What is a good price for this? Where is a good place to get one? (in the Bay Area, CA) - Kragen has a Surestart brand alternator, which they claim is a Bosch remanufactured unit for $160 (70 amp - only one pulley)
3) Is it a simple swap if I find a 2-pulley 70 amp alternator? or do I have to make any modifications to the alternator mount? modifcations to pulley system? new v-belts?

Thanks for your assistance.
