Weber Carb Conversion 140-160 1971

The father of the guy who's reworking the head of my '71 144 is a retired mechanic who once raced B18 and B20 equipped Volvo's. How beautiful is that? Anyways, when I have her back together, he's going to tune and assess my SU's. IF they're not up to snuff, he suggesting a Weber conversion.

Someone here has made the conversion... many folks I'm sure. Any insight?
