AT to MT swap , need advice 200 1989

Hello fellow Bricksters. I have an '89 244 DL with the automoatic transmition. I beleive it is 3speed plus the OD. I would like to eventually covert to a manual transmition. Is the M47 5 speed the one I want to switch too? If so, what are all the parts I need to get so I can do the swap? Have any of you done this? My car has only 62k miles on it so I could sell it for parts or trade. Any help from you would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all in advance. -Joey
