No volvo stuff here But thought that yall might be of some help. Here it is. picked up this 72' mercedes with the double carbs. Replaced the cap, roter, and wires and the thing runs like S**T. Figuerd that it might be that the fuel is getting to hot on its way to the carbs so i wrapped the fuel lines in insulation. Still runs the same, badly. Another interisting thing is that it only runs badly when the thermometer for the engine gets over 175 degrees. Befor that the engine runs strong. Any ways figuring that there might be some help out there i thought i might ask. Thanks for any help begore hand.
