240 wont start, tried everything! 200 1986

The accessory lights turn on, but i can't get it to turn over, i cant even get a click from the starter. Absolutely nothing. I've already replaced the starter, roter, distributer cap, new spark plugs, plug wires, ignition coil...i haven't checked the ignition switch though, could that be it? Any suggestions on how to check that? ...it's a 240 (245) 1986 manual, w/ overdrive... any help would be greatly appreciated.
