A/C Control Relay 700

Arg, I can't find the FAQ for the A/C relay location/removal/solder repair.

My A/C circuit doesn't seem to be getting 13.6 VAC. The A/C pressure switches appear to be working correctly verified with ohm meter. But there is no 13.6 volts on the pressure switch circuit, nor on the wire going to the comprssor.

Where do I find the circuit board for the a/c relay, etc.?
