1985 245 FUEL RELAY LOCATION????? 200 1985

"Check your fuel relay, turn on the ignition key and listen to the humming of your fuel pump. if pmp is not running you are not completing the circuit, going back to ecm and in turn sending power to your injector, allowing fuel admission into the chamber"

The above is the answer to a main engine wiring harness question. My question is this: WHERE IN THE **** IS THE FUEL RELAY ON A 245 DL (1985). I have NO POWER to the #4 fuse in the panel and have jumped past the panel and have full fuel delivery without cutoff. WITHOUT jumping the panel, car will start ONCE but WILL NOT CONTINUE running. HELP - My car is starving for fuel and can't get up!
