New transmission seal and mount - what needed to change? 700 1989

My '89 740 Turbo Wagon is leaking transmission oil. Took it to the dealer, who said the rear seal is leaking the oil. Also, the mount is loose and needs to be replaced. The quote given to me was $29 for the seal, $60 for the mount, and $130 for labor (2 hours @ $65). My question is: I found the parts on Groton and other places for about a fifth of the quoted price. What do I need to replace the parts? Will I have to lift out the whole transmission or is this a much simpler replacement?
