quick and easy question for volvo know it alls 200

hey...quick question...
does anybody know what the spring sits on near t he back wheel?
because on one side mine seems to be good where ass the other side it looks l ike the spring has gone through the thing it sits on. How much would this cost to fix..where would i get the parts?
