90 240 rear axel and suspension problems 200

As my 240 has gotten older the back end has been sagging more and more. But recently the problem has gotten worse...there is a pretty loud vibration from the rear passenger side and when braking or acceleration hard there is a big clunk or bang from the rear. I took a look under the car, looks like the differential is leaking something.

What can i do to fix this without spending hundreds of dollars??
