Engine Block Drain Cock - location 200 1992

I'm about to drain my coolant, and want to know if the Engine Block Drain Cock is located on the passenger side about 4 inches from the fire wall, and looks like the only bolt coming off the engine?

If that's it, what mm socket does it take, and does it come all the way off (so I don't lose it) or does it only unscrew enough to let the fluid out?
