ABS fuses 700

My ABS light is on, and the ABS does not function. Bah.

Alright, I checked my abs sensors (front) and they looked fine.

So I am looking throught my worthless Volvo Tome (Haynes Manual) and it says there are two fuses besides the ones in the dash. It says there is an 80a in the front right fender and a 10a by the computer.

I can't find either of these fuses. Anyone know where I could find these things?
Any other reasons why my ABS would go from intermittent to non-functioning?
