Steering Question 444-544

I'm in need of both steering rods on my'63 544. Currently, there is a
left steering rod available on E-bay but the person offering it says it
can only be used up to '61 models. Are they refering to B-16's? How did
the steering configuration change between '61 and '63? Who's confused,
me or the seller? Anyone have both those rods in good useable shape?
