I can answer this. B16 544 and 444 have a different steering box and idler arm setup than B18 544. At least the idler arm is different (WIMPY)in comparison. The steering rods are not the same. I saw the one on ebay and was a little puzzled as the B16 steering rods of yore had grease nipples which I don't think that the later ones ever had. You could confirm this by measuring your B18 rod center to center of the joints, and ask your ebayer to do the same.
