89' 740 Stalling 700

My 89'740 (217K) stalls sometimes after light application of the accelerator pedal then letting off quickly, like you would do in traffic. The relays are all OK and I cleaned out the throttle body recently. Do not hear any vacuum leaks and the car idles smoothly. Any suggestions?
