Just bought a 93 944T simple questions 900

Well i just bought a 1993 volvo 944T.....paid 3.3K for it. Has 118K on the clock. I've got a few questions for you all. First, the timing belt cover does have a sticker on it.....but its faded. What milage/date do they put on the sticker. I'm hoping its the date it was done, and not when its due. I need to buy some parts for my brick....specifically i need a windshield washer fluid container, possibly the pump....mine leaks so i cant tell. I also need some trim pieces, and a way to fix the cruise control (i dont have a diagnostic procedure), I also need to fix the right driver's mirror motor. Any help is greatly appreciated.
