Engine Mount Help 200

Ok i removed the mounts from both sides to replace them. Now i need to know the torque settings for the bolts that go into the engine(B21a-ALUMINUM!) and the nuts that bolt in down below. And if it matters alot the nuts on the rubber mounts.
