I also remember the advice of an old Finnish airplane mechanic that taught me most of what I know about Volvos..." tighten till just before it snaps off"..
Seriously, using a 3/8 drove socket/ handle combo, I just tighten with my hand strength till it feels VERY snug..no torque numbers...9 Volvos, all replaced motor mounts..no problema!
