94' 940 turbo wagon 900 1994

I just purchased a 94' 940 turbo wagon a couple of weeks ago and am wondering what kind of maintainence it may need, it has 124,000 miles. It seems to be running strong , the previous owner took good care of it and had regular oil changes, I am however wondering if I should switch to syntheic oil to maximize the life of the car and turbo. Also lately when I come to a complete stop the transmission seems to lurch forward a little, is this something to worry about, I have been thinking of getting the transmission flushed and filled. Any ideas would be much appreciated, I had gotten used to doing some of the work on my last car 88' 240 wagon, but am not sure about jumping into this one, the turbo is a little intimidating.
