Does anyone manufacture brake disc pads that don't squeal? 200

I replaced my rear disc brake pads, but didn't have the rotors turned. After getting some annoying break squeal, I sprayed the back of the pads with an aftermarket product to lessen the squeal. This worked, but only for a couple of weeks. Are there any pads that are less likely to squeal than others, or do I have no choice but to have the rotors turned?
