ABS/Speedometer/c.c. gone all at once 700 1991

All three of those things went out at once the other day. Using my chilton's manual, I checked the fuse on speedometer converter (maybe a relay?). The fuse was fine. My car has the Regina (regretfully)system. Any I checked the source codes, but all that tells me is there is no reading from the speedometer...duh... Any suggestions on what to check next. Maybe the speed sensor? Not a turbo.
