Roof rack mounting grommets -- Where to buy these little boogers? 200

I was investigating a very minor rain leak on my 88 245 with dealer installed roof rack. I noticed the right rear mounting gasket/seal piece was split at the back, so I proceeded to investigate. After removing the two screws that hold the mounting bracket to the car I found one of the rubber mouting grommet (threaded insert deal) was mushroomed up really bad. I got "scared" and tried to just screw it back together so I could fix it another day. Well, I couldn't get the back screw to go in (the insert piece was at a very severe angle, so no dice)

Anyway I decided to pull the grommet out in an attempt to re-seat it into the roof. Well, the damn thing is ripped, so no luck getting it to go back in straight or anything like it...

So, the question...Can I buy these things anywhere?
