Shaving Head to Increase CR on a B230FT ?

I have a 1990 740 Turbo (Mitsubishi) that I am getting tired of the Turbo Lag.
If i were to shave the head to increase compression...how do I know how much of the head to remove to reach a pre-determined compression ratio...(In theory I would like 9.8:1 like a NA B230F) ?

If i shave the head too much will the engine become interference ? How do i calculate the amount ?
