82 245 dl how to replace belts? 200 1982

I'd like to replace the alternator belt, so I figured I'll replace them all.
the problem is I can't figure out how to adjust the first one- from the engine
to the ac unit (which is broken). The crank isn't designed to be moved and I can't locate the adjustment on the ac side. There are four belts on this 1982
245 dl non-turbo B21 w/ ac ps auto. Any help? Thanks.
