Hello,

I am looking for a source for interior carpet and upholstery for my '88 240.
It would be great to get the original materials but the dealer price for these items is obscene. I was hoping someone might know another source I know IPD has seat covers but I am treating this as a restoration and want to reupholster if possible.
One additional question, where the lower exterior moldings on the '88 painted? mine are flaking and the exposed rubber is grey, I suppose they may have been repainted at some point, I am not the original owner. I have read several posts concerning painting bumpers would the advice apply to other exterior molding as well? Thanks in advance for your help.
