Air Conditioning Compressor Seized 200 1986

The air conditioning compressor on my 86 240 (210,000 miles) seized. If my search for a used compressor fails, does anyone have any suggestions for making the best of this.

Can the "seized" part of the coompressor be replaced and continue to be used to provide AC? Can this be rigged somehow to get the car back on the road even if it means no AC? The power steering pump feeds off the ac compressor via a seperate belt.

I would appreciate any advice.
