Is this a good kit?

Is the price reasonable? A couple of the holes on the large trim piece where the black plastic "fingers" snap in are broken on my car, which means that the "fingers" are no longer hold. I assume that's what the metal pieces in the kit are for?

Any comments about this kit would be welcome. Thanks!
