Towing a Volvo with a Volvo

I am contemplating using my 1988 Volvo 240DL to tow a 1979 Volvo 245 approximately 380 miles. Has anyone else used their Volvo to tow another ? (The car should be barely under the max tow weight recommended...maybe slightly exceeded it with the weight of a tow dolly ?)

Any cautions ?

Opinions ?
