U-Joints 940T 900 1991

I have been reading about the driveline vibrations. Good stuff since I have same problem.

Has anyone every needed to change u-joints? I'm at 180k, and just curious about their life expectancy.

Also, need to replace the engines rear seal. Other than the pain of lowering the transmission, keeping the drive flanges marked, is there any other special considerations I should take and/or tools necessary?
