coolant turns brown after 5k 700

85 740 gle . I have a new radiator, waterpump, and thermostat. I have flushed the car 3 times and about ever 5k I look and all the fluid in the tank is brown. I don't see any sign of it being oil or tranny fluid I would almost say is it rust. Any ideas?
