How to reset 'Service' light 200 1993

I am very frustrated with my 93 245...first, the rear wiper wipes whenever I beep the horn, now the "Service' light just came on..lasts for 2 min or so then turns off.
On the 740 series, a small screwdriver in the proper vent hole in front of the speedo takes care of the service light reset. How about the 200 series, especially a 93 245 with 140K miles?
Where do I have to reach to reset? Take out the instrument panel? If so, where is the reset button located??
