Electrical glitch - wipers/blower motor/radio 200 1988

A couple of times in the past few months I've discoverd that my fan motor, radio, and wipers suddenly won't work. It's usually been after my car has been sitting in the sun - then after a short period of driving, things work again. And of course it always works when it's at the shop. But this morning, after a cool evening in the garage, once again the gremlin appeared, and has not yet gone away. Any thoughts?
