AC blower varies in speed? 700 1985

After my evaporator was replaced on the ac, the blower speed goes from low to high back and forth.Did they move it in order to replace the evaporator? If so-was it reinstalled incorrectly? Also I notice that if I accelerate fast the blower almost stops. I'm tired of dealing with these guys-is there a way I can fix it myself?
